Tips for laminated glass production

Pre-drain the air from the silicone vacuum bag for 15 minutes before loading it into the laminating furnace machine.

If the air inside the silicone bag is not extracted beforehand and the temperature is raised directly, the temperature inside the bag will increase too quickly. The EVA film at the edges of the glass will melt rapidly, trapping the air inside the glass, making it impossible to remove. As a result, the laminated glass will develop bubbles. It is very important to pre-drain the air from the silicone vacuum bag for 15 minutes before loading it into the laminating furnace machine.
